Internship in Thermal Engineering, E-mobility

We are currently offering outstanding students the chance to join our multidisciplinary team of researchers in the field of thermal engineering, design and validation. In the frame of a six-month internship scheduled to start in September 2023, you will be able to put theory into practice by contributing to one of our projects for E-mobility. Your responsibilities

• Contribute to current research projects focusing on innovative thermal engineering problems
• Perform hands-on experiments related to prototypes and thermal systems
• Validate functionality, performance, and reliability of sub-components
• Evaluate and document findings and present test results to the team

Your background

• Currently pursuing a degree in Energy/Thermal Engineering or a related discipline (completion of at least six semesters); official enrollment is essential
• Broad understanding of thermodynamics and heat transfer fundamentals
• Knowledge of CAD and thermal simulation tools desired
• Knowledge of LabView is a plus
• Experience with hands-on laboratory work is a plus
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated mindset and ability to work independently
• Highly conscientious individual with keen sense of responsibility
• Fluent command of English, both written and spoken
