This person will participate in the trainee Program (15 months) and will be working as Project Manager in Digital Transformation within the Digital Solutions team on the following topics:

To manage projects for proof-of-concept work evaluating new technologies, such as Immersive Technologies, for instance Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MX), Augmented Reality (AR), or solutions for data analytics, such as object detection and natural language processing
To identify specific business use cases or evaluate pre-defined use cases received from the business segments, and manage projects to develop related prototypes on the selected technology
To establish the interface between internal customers (R&D, HR, Group Operations…) and IT to consolidate business needs and technical requirements for specific projects, aiming to leverage the internal capabilities already in place, where possible

The position is aiming to bring new ways of working within the organization thanks to today’s knowledge from university and also through skills from a younger generation. Tasks are:

Promote an environment to change mindset and enable opportunities through the use of digital (Digital Culture)
Promote modern communication – promote collaboration best practices, including a knowledge repository
Understanding and utilizing project management methodologies in the design, testing and implementation of the station projects
Lead the projects for each station in an autonomous way
Contact and collaborate where necessary with internal teams for project work and manage them accordingly, following a cross-functional mindset

Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent qualification with focus on Digitalization, Digital Solutions, Business Innovation or IT related studies
Interpersonal and organizational skills
Good communication skills
English spoken & written, Basics in German, Spanish an advantage
Understanding of business process, data management, IT based business support tools
Experience with Augmented/Virtual Reality technologies an advantage
Experience in Project Management desirable
Willing to have one or two work assignments abroad (up to 6 months)
