You will join the Clinical Operations department – a part of research, development, and innovation (RDI) at Institut Straumann AG. As a curious and scientifically oriented person, you are interested to gain first insights into the collection, processing, and analysis real-world data. You’ll be a part of an international team of scientists and specialists, mainly located at the global Headquarter in Basel.

Duration 12 months.

Your main responsibilities

• Collaborate in the development of a health-related data product with structured data.
• Explore, validate, and annotate healthcare data to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Evaluate and enhance analysis tools and data processing pipelines.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to visualize and interpret data effectively.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Data Science, Material/Life Sciences, or Medical Sciences.
• Proactive individual with a structured work approach and the ability of achieving results pragmatically.
• Demonstrates a “Player-Learner” attitude: open communication, adaptable to change, solution-oriented, learns through practical experience, and welcomes feedback.
• Exhibits a high level of integrity, commitment, and ethical conduct.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
